This item works exactly as advertised. It is an excellent space saving pot rack. It has a couple of minor problems. The bars that hold the pans/skillets are not held as well as I would like. I really cant see a problem with their coming undone but I lean to overkill with a product that hangs overhead. I mounted mine not overhead but in front of me so that they are not over my head. These are designed for nine foot ceilings. Mine are eight feet and this rack hangs too low. In my method of mounting they are over my sink and about two feet from the front edge of the sink. In this manner there is no problem with height. I am five feet eight. One of the skillets I have hung is a 12 inch with helper handle by Cuisinart. This item would touch my head if mounted directly overhead. The rated weight of this item in 1/2 inch sheetrock is 265 pounds PER attachment of which there are two. The next sentence reads that for safety no more than 25% of a maximum load should be used. That lowers the poundage to about 65 lbs PER attachment. That is NOT a problem. The short length of the rack almost precludes more weight than that being placed upon it. I suppose that four or five cast iron pans might be an issue but certainly nothing else would. Mounting is a breeze, very well thought out.

I guess the product is ok and overall quality seems to be satisfactory HOWEVER , ceiling mounting covers are NOT included and posted picture is MISLEADING. You pay almost $50 for the rack and than you'll need to pay additional $20 for 2 pairs of covers which makes this item less interesting and you get lesser value for your dollar

Installed these today.

Well made, sturdy, including attachment hardware, up to Enclume standards.

Arrives with six angled and six straight hooks. I ordered MPP-14 to get four more of each (the only way to get color matching hooks per a nice lady at the factory) so I would have ten angled. Not using any of the straight. I'm also using the MPT-12 trim caps which DO NOT ship with the racks. You need four of these, two to a pack. They are a very nice finishing touch and while you might be able to get something similar at the box store, you're never going to exactly match the finish so all in all these things, while not a bargain, are worth the price.

My home is an older two story with just barely 8' ceilings. The vertical bars supplied were too long for my ceilings and my height. In other words, the pots and pans hanged too low. I shortened the vertical bars to make things fit the way I wanted. If you need to go this route and plan on using the factory finish consider this: Heat will damage the paint. If you cut the bars with anything powered you're gonna generate heat. It probably goes without saying you want to shorten the end with the big hole in it. I used my hack saw and a patient hand. I also placed the bars in a vice (edges to vice, don't worry the finish will take moderate pressure, you can 'insulate' with some rubber matting if you're worried or are using a problematic, read inexpensive, vice) and used the end of the vice as a straight edge for the hacksaw blade. I drilled new holes (not necessary to make them as big as the original and if you try you're dramatically increasing the risk of something going wrong) while the piece was still in the vice, using a regular drill on slow and a few drops of motor oil to keep the heat down. Make the hole large enough to go over the attachment hook and keep it fairly close to the edge of the bar so the bar itself can slip over the hook. This is a more critical measurement than with the factory piece because they use that over-sized hole. 1/4-3/8" from the freshly cut edge to the outside edge of the new hole will do it, you can always spread the attachment hook a bit if needed. Touch up with a file or sandpaper. Invisible customization with no paint, muss, or fuss.

One final note. I have solid yellow pine planking for my kitchen ceiling so drywall and joist matching were not an issue. That said, I know my way around a house and the complaints you see about attaching these things are coming in large part from people who don't know or hired someone who didn't know what they were doing. Because the vertical bars slide left and right, there is a fair amount of versatility with these racks. In other words, you can probably hit a couple of joists if you try. If you can't and need more range than the bars provide, you can always put screw a nice piece of wood across two or three joists and then screw these into the wood. Also included in the kit are state of the art drywall hangars which I expect would work well IF YOU HAVE SOLID, QUALITY, HALF INCH, DRYWALL. Just don't be one of those people who think you can bolt anything of substance into decades old semi-rotten quarter or three eights inch drywall and expect it to stay.

Cons:
- A bit hard to wheel around on carpet (maybe it's easier on floor) but not a big deal b/c I think most people keep their steamers in one place
- When you hang the steam head on the telescopic pole, it's a bit wobbly (not wobbly enough to fall or anything but just for a piece of mind, I wish it fits better and is more snug) so you might want to wrap the tube around 2x to have have the steam head more stabilized.

I ordered several types of these put togeather stands for towels in my newly re-done bathrooms.This one was a disappointment- the construction was very flimsy and when you tried to turn it around to attach another part , the partical board splintered at the attachment that you just finished doing. I was a little anxious at first as to what to expect, since it's essentially cheap furniture, and there are several plastic parts including the drawer runner which I thought might significantly reduce the quality. I wish I had purchased this years ago. It's accurate, very small, easy to use, and nice to look at. It is a must-have item for bakers! The glass measuring plate comes off for easy cleaning. The only thing I don't like about it is that it only gives weights in grams/ounces, i.e. doesn't automatically bump up to kilos/pounds.

Great Looks, Accurate I guess, but very cheaply built. The tempered glass scale platform is held in place by a step down plastic stem, which will break if in any kind of mis-loaded/side loaded/off centered position.
I don't bad mouth most products that I buy, but the title says it all, great looking junk.
Getting me to the point of not buying anything made in China, but that is not the point, the manufacture sets the goal post, the factory just delivers what they are told to. I personally will not buy anything branded by Newline again.

This wagon is very durable and easy to pull, however, with two toddlers sitting on the seats in the wagon, there is not enough room for both sets of feet in the bottom. One has to put their feet on the other's.

The main problem with it is the wheels. They are a hollow plastic (rubber-like) material. It makes the wagon difficult to pull, steer, and noisy. The one I got was also uneven. One wheel didn't always touch the ground without a load. The door feature is nice so the kid can get in and out easier. The storage seat is useful but, should be on the side of the handle since the kid will most often be sitting in the back to face forward. The kid will or won't like it regardless of the wheels but, the parent having to pull the thing will want better wheels. Basically, you save about $20 compared to the basic plastic Radio Flyer which has real solid rubber wheels. I think the RF is definitely worth the extra money. As a matter of fact I returned this one and got the RF...
